Convening meetings and maintaining the records of proceedings of the ICFRE Society, Board of Governors and its Committees .

Establishment matters pertaining to Group A and B, like appointments, deputations, promotions, seniority, transfer, ACRs and personnel management.

Representing the Society in all legal suits or proceedings by and against the Society.

Cases related to "Public Grievance" of ICFRE and its Institutes.

Attending to Parliamentary questions in coordination with all Directorates of ICFRE.
